How does the process and pricing work for new boiler installs?

Stage 1

Understanding What You Want or Need

Usually always over the phone. We take information such as the amount of bathrooms in your home and the amount of radiators on your system.

Stage 2

Quick Survey

Within 24-48 hours we can visit your home or arrange a facetime/video call survey. This is to see the location of your boiler, current gas supply and other important factors to determine what is needed for your install and enable us to gather pricing information.

Stage 3

Pricing and Quotation

We will give you a range of options to best suit your home and budget. Where possible we give you several options to choose which vary through warranty times and boiler brands. We will give you a complete and fixed price quote which already includes VAT - No extra charges or surprises.

Stage 4

Install and Commission

Once you've let us know that you're happy with the quote we try to have you booked in within 2 weeks depending on our schedule.

Once at your property - we aim to have most boiler installs completed that day, we will let you know at the quote stage if we expect it to be a 2 day task.

There are plenty of boilers out there, but which ones are the best?

We often hear the question "which is the best boiler" or "how much does a new boiler cost" - well of course both questions are down to each company and each engineers opinion.
There's no right or wrong answer to the questions - however we usually follow the mantra of "You get what you pay for" (Usually going for cheap or indeed the cheapest really isn't the best option) we recommend spending that little bit extra for brands that have a strong reputation in the creation of reliable, quality products.

Boiler Breakdowns & Repairs

Having your boiler breakdown is never ideal - we aim to attend your property that day to determine the issue, enabling us to obtain or order your part needed quickly - getting you back up and running as soon as possible.

How much does it cost to fix a boiler?

Of course this is dependant on the issue at hand, part prices vary between brands and some boilers are easier to repair than others.

No call out fee - we wont charge you for looking for the issue and you only pay for the repair work which we complete.

Radiator Replacements

If you have an older set of radiators, you may have noticed that they can get really hot to touch, but your rooms remain cold.

An upgrade to convector radiators is an effective way to boost the heating potential of your system.

System Cleaning

Over the years, build up of sludge and debris can impact the efficiency of a boiler and block some radiators completely as well as boiler components. A simple clean and flush of the system using specialist chemicals and followed by a rust inhibitor can greatly improve the health and efficiency of your central heating system.
